A white-identified facilitator develops a group for white-identified people to have a shared learning experience about racism.  The 9-hour group blends informational presentations with facilitated conversation. Participants become aware of triggers that lead to silence about race and alternative behaviors that can open honest conversations about racism. Group size is 7-9.
